Ordering and delivery

Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time. It’s quick and easy to create an account. Just register here and follow the instructions on-screen.

An order confirmation is automatically sent to your email address after you place an order. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with support just in case there’s a problem with your order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before contacting in case the order confirmation has been diverted there.

We typically only modify orders if there’s a problem with stock, or if you’ve asked us to remove an item. We apoligize in advance for any inconvience this may cause. Rest assured we'll swiftly refund any modified items and you'll also receive an email explaining why this may have occured.

Order cancellations are only possible before your order has been shipped and before you have received a shipping confirmation by email. If you have already received the shipping confirmation, you may return the merchandise as soon as it arrives by notifying us at here.

Please be aware - We are not responsible for any return postage fees incurred due to this error. We will gladly process a refund once the package is received at our warehouse. 

Sadly, we’re generally unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. You can contact support and they may be able to assist you if the order has not already been shipped. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional item, please place a new order instead.

Orders within Canada will be delivered within 3-7 days, depending on your preferred shipping method. Shipping to countries outside of Canada, may take up to 10 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timelines, and we will check your order status.

Yes. We’ll provide updates at every stage of your order, from the moment you place it, through to despatch and delivery. In your delivery confirmation emails, you’ll receive a tracking reference which you can use to check the progress of your order online.

Payment

We accept the following credit cards: MasterCard, Visa and American Express,. We also accept Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop Pay and Paypal. With certain payment methods you may be redirected to the payment processors website, where you’ll be prompted to log in and make your payment. You’ll then be directed back to our merchant website once your transaction is complete.

We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund. We’ll contact you by email to let you know when your refund has been processed.

Returns

You can return your item to us for any reason, within 14 days after receiving it,  as long as it's in the same condition initially listed online. Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend measuring yourself and filtering the search by your exact measurements. This includes waist, length, chest and inseam.

Unless we made a mistake during the intital listing in either it's condition or brand, we will not be responsible for any return postage fees.  This includes discrepancies in sizing, unless the item completely differs than what was originally listed. Due to the differences / inconsistencies in sizing charts, we always recommend following the manufacturer's guidelines.

In certain situations we many require photo proof before accepting and processing a return. We will notify you first via email.

Please contact our customer service team here. Providing the return is within the 14-day cancellation period and meets our return criteria, we will issue you with a return slip by email. You'll need to print this off and attach it to the packaging of the product when returning it to us OR note down the slip details on a piece of paper included. You will need to arrange and pay for postage when returning an item.

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email our customer service team here with the details. We’ll respond within 48 hours.

This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

Size

We offer detailed measurements on every piece we sell! Simply grab a measuring tape and follow the directions below:

Chest: Measure the distance from one armpit to the other, at the widest part of the chest.

Waist: Measure the distance from one waistband to the other. Multiply this figure by two.We also provide measurements for the length and inseam.

Brands do not manufacture with a universal size guide and often operate on what they assume is the right size. Sometimes brands even develop sizes that are specifically meant for their target base. 

We suggest relying on both the size labels and the measurements of an item, to get the complete picture. Check out our size guide here.

Condition Type

Items with a very minor amount of wear that can almost be passed off as new. 

Please Note: Though zippers, buttons or jean labels might sometimes be slightly faded or scuffed, we still choose to list the item as "Excellent Condition". We make this distinction when we believe it does not detract anything from the piece itself. And If it does and is fairly noticable, we choose not to include it as such.  It's best to review the photos and read the description beforehand to get a better understanding.

If you believe we made a mistake or are dissatisfied, don't worry we'll try our best to resolve it!

Items with light to above average signs of wear, that could not otherwise be sold as "Excellent Condition". We do not include stains, cuts, rips, hanger bumps or anything quite noticable . Generally this might include pieces that might have slight defects, fabric wear and etc. We advise you to review the photos and read the product descriptions for complete details.
