Shipping costs depend on the total amount ordered. Please refer to the table below.

If your total is more than $129, we provide free standard shipping across Canada. This is before any discounts or exclusive offers.

Processing Time

All orders require 2-5 business days of processing time to be picked, packed and prepared for shipping, unless otherwise noted on the product page of the item(s) you've ordered.

Standard Shipping

Orders within Canada will be delivered within 3-7 days. Shipping to countries outside of Canada, may take up to 10 days. Please get in touch if your order hasn’t been delivered according to the expected timelines, and we will check your order status.

Remote Locations

We do not ship to Northern regions and remote areas – a location that is far removed from major urban centers or that receives infrequent service. This includes, Northwest Territories, Nunavut and Yukon. Additional remote areas are listed here.

Cancellations

Should the need arise to cancel an order after you've placed it, we will do our best to accommodate your request. Order cancellation is a time-sensitive action, so please do get in touch with our Customer Care team as soon as possible. Ways to contact Customer Care and hours of availability here.

Please note, that once your order moves into the processing stage in our warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel it. Should this be the case, we can help facilitate a return upon delivery (excluding final sale items, please see below).

Returns

Our goal at BelowTheMark is to ensure that you are fully satisfied with your shopping experience. We accept returns of all applicable items up to 14 days after receiving it. Certain items marked as non-refundable/final sale are not within our return guidelines. 

Unfortunately, we don’t offer exchanges. If you’re unsure about clothing sizes, we recommend first measuring yourself and filtering the search by your exact measurements. This includes waist, length, chest and inseam.

Unless we made a mistake during the initial listing in either it's condition or brand, we will not be responsible for any return postage fees.  This includes discrepancies in sizing, unless the item completely differs than what was originally listed. Due to the differences / inconsistencies in sizing charts, we always recommend following the manufacturer's guidelines.

In certain situations we many require photo proof before accepting and processing a return. We will notify you first via email.

Initiate A Return

If you would like to initiate a return, we have two easy ways to help you get started:

  • Visit the return center located under "orders" on the main menu. You will be redirected to a our returns page, which will prompt you for the order number and your email address.
  • Email support@BelowTheMark.ca with your order number, the item(s) that you would like to return, and the reason for the return. One of our agents will reach out to you as soon as possible.

Orders Within The United States:

All orders shipped outside of Canada have unpaid delivery duties. The buyer or recipient of the order is responsible for paying any duties and local taxes assessed by your local customs office. Please note that BelowTheMark doesn't offer free shipping to the United States. The cost of delivery depends on the number of articles purchased.
