How We Renew Pieces?

Pick Up & Collect

Washed pieces are either collected from our trusted partners or delivered directly to our warehouse.

Examine & Inspect

Our team closely inspects every item under extremely bright settings, in hopes of determining if pieces are suitable for sale.  We try our best to remove any lint, pilling and examine the interiors for any major imperfections.

Steam & Care

Once suitable pieces are organized, we steam every piece and disinfect it. Steaming allows us to kill most surface germs and also us to remove wrinkles for presentation purposes. 

Stored & Shipped

After listing and stocking the pieces, each individual item is then stored in a temperature controlled location and promptly dispatched, when ordered. Every shipment is insured and handled in a careful manner.
